SiKoSu-ERD - a Visio solution to draw "Silberschatz" ER diagrams

This is a quick and not all too dirty solution to help with drawing simple Entity/Relationship diagrams according to the conventions defined in A. Silberschatz, H.F. Korth, S. Sudarshan, "Database System Concepts (4th Edition)", McGraw-Hill, 2002. Not all notation is supported.

• the stencil (just shapes, no supporting code!)
• a template that invokes the stencil
• a setup.exe to install them for Visio 2000/2002
• (only if you wonder how I did that) the InnoSetup configuration to generate the setup.exe
