Camera Ready Paper Submission - Explanation

Field(s)

What to fill in

All: Please check your submission data carefully.
Contact Person: The Contact Person is the person who will be contacted in case there are problems with the submission. Therefore, please accurately state the complete address information, phone and fax number and email address. The email address is very important. It needs to be typed twice. As long as they differ, the submission cannot be accepted.
Title of paper: The title of the paper that you submit.
Authors' names: The names of all authors of the paper, including their affiliation. If the number of authors exceeds 6, please use the 'Remarks' field to mention the other authors. All 3 author fields are required.
Format of the source file of your paper: You must upload a tar-gzipped file containing the source(s) of your paper (including: the latex-file in encts style (see below); all picture files) and a pdf-file of the complete paper.
Location of the source file of your paper: Please use the 'Browse...' button to select the file that represents the source file of your paper. (If you do not see a button with the text "Browse ..." next to the line stating "Location of your paper", you must upgrade your browser.)
Format of the final file of your paper: You must upload your paper in PDF format. You should go to the ENTCS Macro Home Page and download the generic ENTCS Package, which is linked near the top of the page. You should use the file example.tex which is included in the package as a template for your submission. You should also download a copy of the file prentcsmacro.sty created for the EXPRESS 2005 workshop from the Table at the bottom of the page. Be sure to use the file for the EXPRESS 2005 Workshop - there is also a link for the EXPRESS 2004 workshop! You should replace the file entcsmacro.sty from the generic package with this file. The generic package contains ample instructions about the use of the files. There also are some helpful hints, especially about including EPS graphics files in papers prepared with these macros. The files are designed to be used for preparing preliminary, hard copy versions of the proceedings of each workshop that can be distributed at the meeting.
Location of the final file of your paper: Please use the 'Browse...' button to select the file that represents the final file of your paper. (If you do not see a button with the text "Browse ..." next to the line stating "Location of your paper", you must upgrade your browser.)
Number of pages: This allows us to check whether your paper is complete.
Abstract: The abstract of the paper, to be used for the website
Remarks: Use this field if more than 6 authors have contributed to the paper you submit or if you have any other remarks.

After clicking the 'Submit' button your data is checked for consistency. If not all required data is there, you will be pointed out the missing parts. In that case, use the 'Back' button of your browser to return to your submission form, fill in the missing parts and re-submit.

If (we think) all we need is there, the data is saved. A table will be displayed with the data as we have received it. Instead of the contents of the file, the size of your paper will be be shown to allow you to check if it was correctly transferred. Further, the Contact Person will receive a confirmation of your submission by email.

Clicking 'Clear all fields' will -as can be expected- empty all fields.

Use the 'Back' button of your browser to return to the submission form.

In case of problems with the electronic submission, please contact the systems' manager at e.j.luit@tue.nl
