MeetingsMeetings are divided into three reoccuring events: coloquium, seminar, symposium and study group. In a colloquium, presentations are given by both guest speakers and staff members. Subjects of the talks can be anything within the range of scientific computing and analysis. A seminar consists of a series of lectures devoted to different numerically and analytically oriented subjects in the field of Computational Science and Engineering. The subjects are related to the research interest of the PhD students and presented by them and are intended for a broad audience. Occasionally the series is closed by an outside expert. In a minisymposium, a series of lectures is given by guest speakers. In a study group, PhD students discuss issues on various topics. Click on the links to find out the upcoming events.
