Title:	Parameter Identification

Abstract

In this talk we will discuss a technique to identify certain parameters of a differential equation which are of interest. The basic assumption is that measurements are available, but these contain noise. A technique to find the parameters is the regularized least squares method. Of course the mathematics of this method will be discussed and some examples will be given.
