Abstract
|
First part is about the
Advection-Diffusion-Reaction Equation, and also some examples in the
real world for these problems are given. We will discuss Runge-Kutta
Methods for ODE systems. We apply it to the logistic equation.
Then the stability analysis for Advection-Diffusion-Reaction Equation
will be discussed, which includes the stability function and stability
regions, A-stable, L-stable and more importantly, the step size
restrictions for our model will be shown,
After that we will show the numerical results for the model, with
different parameters and different methods.
