Abstract
|
The multiscale Lattice
Boltzmann-Molecular Dynamics code MUPHY has been recently enriched with
the full sequence of computational procedures required for a complete
analysis of anatomically accurate cardiovascular flows. Large-scale
simulations, with over hundred millions cells, running in matter of
hours on free-commodity hardware (GPU), shall be discussed and
commented on.
