Registration

Information concerning how to register, you can find on the webpage for registration.

Registration fees

Students of the TU/e pay € 10 per course. This is a compensation for additional costs (documentation, media).
Postdoctoral students of the TU/e (PhD Students, reseach assistants, AIO, TOIO, etc.) pay € 75 per half day.
Employees of the TU/e pay € 125 per half day.
External participants pay € 175 per half day.

Main building of TU/e, HG 6.01 (Winzaal) When there are departures, this is indicated at the page with the course description.

Information on course continuation

Approx. 14 days for commencement of a course, a decision is made on continuation or cancelling the course. Participants who are registered at that moment and have provided an e-mail address, will get a notification about this. From that moment, there is a short message concerning that course on the page last news. For registrations, done after this moment, no separate notifications are sent. They have to consult the webpage last news.

Changes in course schedule

The course manager has the right to make alterations in the offered schedule, if necessary. If a course is overbooked, then we will try to arrange an extra course. This will be announced via the webpage latest news.

Sign out

When a registration is done and participation is not possible, please cancel your subscription as soon as possible. Students can sign out at the ICT Course office. Employees and externals can sign out at the ICT course office or by e-mail. Refunding of the course fee takes place only if sign out was done 14 days for the beginning of a course.
