CeMAS course registration

• All participants have to register via the registration form.
• For students of the TU/e the initial status of a registration is provisional. To get a definitive status, they have to pay € 10, - (per course) cash at: CeMAS ICT course office HG 8.73 Department of Mathematics and Computer Science tel. 040-247 2802
• PhD-students and reseach assistants (AIO, TOIO, etc ) and employees of the TU/e has to specify a cost centre. Their department or unit will be charged for the registration fee by internal accounting. Postgraduate students of the TU/e pay € 75 per half day. TU/e employees and TU/e alumni pay € 125 per half day.
• Externals and TU/e alumni receive an e-mail with a confirmation of the registration, which is considered to be definitive from the moment of registration. They will receive a second e-mail concerning continuation or cancelling of the course (see below). After a course has taken place, they will receive an invoice at their postal address. For external participants the registration fee is € 175 per half day.
• Approx. 14 days before commencement of a course, a decision is made on continuation or cancelling the course. Participants who are registered at that moment and have provided an e-mail address, will get a notification about this. From that moment, there is also a short message concerning that course on the page last news. For registrations, done after this moment, no separate notifications are sent. They have to consult the webpage last news.
• Sign out. When a registration is done and participation is not possible, please cancel your subscription as soon as possible. Students can sign out at the ICT course office. Employees and externals can sign out at the ICT course office or by e-mail. Refunding of the course fee takes place only if sign out was done 14 days for the beginning of a course.
