ICALP2003 and the associated workshops have three registration categories:

Notice that there is a difference with previous years regarding EATCS membership. Previously, EATCS members were given a full year's membership on registration. Now, EATCS members only pay a lower registration fee, provided that the membership dues are paid. Membership is established by filling in the Membership ID on the registration form. Participants, which are not members of EATCS and EATCS members that have not paid their membership dues can register as Other to receive a full year's membership of EATCS.

The combined conference dinner and social event ("Dreamflight party" in the Efteling) will be charged separately. Tickets cost 40 Euros irrespective of the participant category and moment of registration.
Finally, there is a discount of 25 Euros off the registration fee for ICALP2003 for all participants who also register for the co-located conference ATPN2003.

There are 9 workshops preceding and following the conference. Participation in the workshops is charged separatately. No discounts are given for combined participation of several workshops or combinations of workshops and conferences. The fees are equal for all participant categories: 75 Euros per workshop, for both one-day and two-day workshops.There is one exception: the Quantum Computing workshop is sponsored, which means that participation in this workshop is free of charge. However, you must register to participate.
The workshops are scheduled as close as possible to ICALP: the pre-conference workshops on Saturday June 28 and Sunday June 29 and the post-conference workshops on Friday July 4 (afternoon) and Saturday July 5. The two-day pre-conference workshops start in the afternoon of Saturday June 28 and include lunch on Sunday. The two-day post-conference workshops end in the afternoon of Saturday July 5, and include lunch on Saturday. The fees for the workshops are (in Euros):

If you want to cancel after registering for ICALP2003 and workshops, 80% of the registration sum will be refunded if you cancel before the early registration deadline (May 28, up to and including). If you cancel your registration after this date, the registration sum will not be refunded.
