quality research papers, including position papers and work in
progress,
will aim at presenting the current state of the art on various
perspectives of
user modeling within the context of personalized Semantic Web. They
will serve
as an input for a scientific discussion to identify main problems and
to set
the basis for novel solutions. Participation of young researchers will
