Prom 6.3 Fuzzy/Heuristic Miner doesn't display final graph
Hi everyone,
I have a problem both with Fuzzy and Heuristic Miner plugins. Sometimes when I apply them to a log they don't display the final graph, but only a white frame. They don't display any error during the mining phase. Moreover, sometimes if I try to repeat the experiment with the same data, the plugins correctly display the graph (note that I do not change anything). In particular, now I'm trying to analize the hospital_log that I found in http://data.3tu.nl/repository/uuid:d9769f3d-0ab0-4fb8-803b-0d1120ffcf54 but I can't obtain the final graph.
Can someone help me? I use Prom 6.3 version on windows 8 (32 bit).
