Dev-Test-Build-Package Opportunities For Improvement
I've been working with the ProM source for nearly 4 years now. It's great and I use it nearly every day. Now here's the bad part...
You HAVE to transition out of the current manual-difficult-to-manage-and-error-prone package / jar dependency management scheme (which is based on some combination of SVN and ANT).... to a much simpler scheme that uses Maven.
Otherwise, you'll die.
