Please guide me as a bigginer:
  • I intend using ProM in my Research work at MS level. I started reading Tutorial for ProM6. I have installled the package and  its repair example
But I cannot understand the following lines of the help manual:
To view this summary, have the \repairExample.xes" entry selected in your workspace (as shown by Figure 4) and select the \Visualize" button in the details view of this entry. This will open a view on the log entry. In this view, select the \Summary" tab.

    • I can not see " Visualize" button, "Default View" and Summary tab in ProM6 on my system
    • Can someone elaborate this

    Hi Rana,

First of all, good to hear that you're interested in learning how ProM 6 works.

The ProM 6 documentation should be read in the following order:
    1. Getting Started (see http://www.promtools.org/prom6/downloads/prom-6.0-getting-started.pdf)
    2. ProM 6 Tutorial (see http://www.promtools.org/prom6/downloads/prom-6.0-getting-started.pdf)
    3. ProM 6 Exercises (see http://www.promtools.org/prom6/downloads/prom-6.0-exercises.pdf)
It seems that you're stuck at step 2. The 'Getting Started' guide explains in great detail what each button in the ProM 6 interface is for. It also helps during installation etc.

Please let me know if reading the 'Getting Started' document solved your problem.
