Using this Java applet one can tackle the 1996 Whizzkids problem by hand!! The
tool lets you modify an existing solution by decoupling a current address from
a route (select by right mouse click), selecting a loose point (left mouse
click) and inserting it into another place in the same or another route (double
left mouse click on point after which to insert loose point). This applet was
designed by computing science student Diego Lont. An MSDOS-version exists as
