My research focuses on the design and analysis of online algorithms for vehicle and message routing problems, with a special emphasis on the Traveling Salesman Problem (TSP). The standard framework of competitive analysis will be applied to analyze the algorithms. The thesis will be developed in the context of a joint doctorate program between the TU Eindhoven and the University of Rome "La Sapienza" (Italy).
