Royal Army Ordnance Corps, Volunteer units 1967 - 2000


 On 1 April 1993 the Royal Army Ordnance Corps was merged with the Royal Corps of Transport, the Army Catering Corps and the Royal Pioneer Corps to form the Royal Logistic Corps.

1 Stores Company (V)
Formed 1 April 1967 at ?? from HQ RAOC 44 Division and 4 Stores Company.
Later redesignated.
1 April 1993 redesignated 142 Vehicles Squadron RLC (V).

50 Ordnance Maintenance Park (V)
Formed 1 April 1967 at Leeds from HQ RAOC 49 Division, HQ RAOC 50 Division and 49, 50 and 55 Stores Companies.
Later split into 22 Ordnance Company and 23 Ordnance Company, see below.

22 Ordnance Company (V) at Middlesbrough.
1 April 1993 redesignated as 67 Stores Squadron RLC (V) at Norton-on-Tees.

23 Ordnance Company (V) at Leeds.
1 April 1993 redesignated as 68 Vehicles Squadron RLC (V).

52 Transit Company (V)
Formed 1 April 1967 at Ormskirk from HQ ROAC 42 Division, HQ RAOC 48 Division, 2, 5 Stores Companies and 20 Vehicle Company.
Later redesignated.
1 April 1993 redesignated as 143 Transit Company RLC (V).

44 Parachute Ordnance Field Park (Airportable) (V)
Formed 1 April 1967 at London from same unit. Later redesignated:
55 Ordnance Company (V)
Located at Southall, Middlesex.
1 April 1993 redesignated 66 Stores Squadron RLC (V).

72 Ordnance Company (V)
Formed later at Telford.
1 April 1993 redesignated 123 Ammunition Squadron RLC (V).

533 Supply Company (V)
Formed 1 April 1967 at Romford from HQ ROAC 44 Division, 1 Stores Company and 533 Supply Company.
Later redesignated:
73 Ordnance Company (V)
1 April 1993 transferred to Royal Logistic Corps as 124 Petrol Squadron RLC (V).

93 Ordnance Company (V)
Formed ?? at Porthmouth by expansion 21 Supply Platoon.
1 April 1993 redesignated 65 Petrol Squadron RLC (V).

51 Ordnance Field Park (V)
Formed 1 April 1967 at Glasgow from HQ RAOC 51 Division, HQ RAOC 52 Division, 51 Stores Company, 51 Ordnance Field Park and 52 Stores Company.

1 April 1993 redesignated 125 Rations Squadron RLC (V).

95 Ordnance Company (V)
