Mathematical statistics. The primary research interests are
in the general area of
the asymptotic theory of statistical inference: nonparametric minimax curve estimation, nonparametric Bayesian inference, adaptive estimation, estimation in time series, estimation under censoring, stochastic approximation algorithms. The publication list is
