To be handed in with the student administration with signatures of student and graduation supervisor. Some weeks later the examcommittee informs you on the approval (or not).

Note that because of program changes and study-tempo differences the pre-printed courses may need to be individualized. (In fact these are the old preprinted forms, please adjust them to your situation.)

graduation forms

To be handed in with the studentadministration, after approval of the program and before the start of the master project, with the project description and the  signatures of the student, the graduation-supervisor, the head of the area of expertise and the mastercoordinator.

The form is for all programs the same.

It does sometimes happen that firms have special (legal) requirements for students that want to do their master-project with them and they draw up all kinds of agreements with students and supervisory staff.
In order to uniformize things, the TU/e developed a form that is to be used. Only this form will be accepted by the university.
