The split-up algorithm (Van de Wiel, 2001) is implemented in R. It is part of the 'coin' package by Torsten Hothorn et al. (2005), which may be downloaded from CRAN.

David Baird implemented my algorithms for Spearman (Van de Wiel and Di Bucchianico, 2001), Kendall's tau (Van de Wiel, 2005) and Wilcoxon signed-rank (Van de Wiel, Di Bucchianico and Van der Laan, 1999) in the commercial software GenStat. The procedure names are PRSPEARMAN, PRKTAU and PRWILCOXON.
