Exact p-values of Multiple Comparisons Statistitics

All software presented in this section is written by Mark van de Wiel and Joeri Roels, Department of Mathematics and Computing Science, Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven, The Netherlands.
The software corresponds to the submitted paper: "Exact distributions of multiple comparisons rank statistics". Complete reference will be given when the paper has been accepted.

The Mathematica notebooks can be used with hardly any knowledge of Mathematica. Evaluate the cells by clicking on them and pressing "Shift+Return". Confirm the initialization question when evaluating for the first time.

All .exe Unix-files  should be made executable (with chmod 755) after downloading!

Steel.exe, this program calls steelcalc.exe (please, save in the same directory)
Program for computing exact p-values and bounds for p-values of one-sided  many-one  statistic with Wilcoxon scores based on recursion, branch-and-bound and exchangeability. Corresponding C++ code:  Steel.cpp and Steelsupport.cpp.

• Multiple.nb, Notebook for computing exact p-values and bounds for p-values of two-sided Steel multiple t-sample (all-pairwise)  statistic with Wilcoxon scores based on recursion, branch-and-bound and exchangeability.
• SteelRang.nb,  Notebook for computing exact p-values and bounds for p-values of one-sided Steel many-one (control vs. non-control) statistic with Wilcoxon scores based on recursion, branch-and-bound and exchangeability. Also for cases with ties!

• SteelSpurNormalScores.nb,  Notebook for computing exact p-values and bounds for p-values of one-sided Steel many-one (control vs. non-control) statistic with Normal scores based on improved Spurrier algorithm. Save C-routine pr4.exe in the same directory. C-code: pr4.c .
