Tables with exact critical values

These tables are computed using the theory presented in my PhD-thesis.
The statistics and sample sizes are:

Friedman: t=3, b<=25;t=4, b<=20;t=5, b<=12.
where N=m+n, the sum of sample sizes for the two-sample linear rank statistics
and t and b are the number of treatments and blocks for the Friedman statistic.
For the Jonckheere-Terpstra statistic we present tables for the balanced
case only, so when all sample sizes are equal to n. All tables are 2 to
4 times larger than the existing tables.
