I’m a Ph.D. candidate at Eindhoven University of Technology within the Visualization group of professor Jack van Wijk. My daily supervisor is Andrei Jalba. I’ve obtained my M.Sc. (drs.) degree in Computing Science from University of Groningen in 2008 (with honors). My M.Sc. thesis, entitled “Fluid simulations for computer graphics”, describes the current state of fluid simulations applied in the field of computer graphics. This project was done in the Scientific Visualization & Computer Graphics group of professor Jos Roerdink. In 2004 I’ve obtained my B.Eng. (ing.) degree in Electrical Engineering from Hogeschool Utrecht (with honors) where I took courses on mediatechnology.
