Review Checklist for Progress Reports

This checklist is NOT intended as a starting point to write a document.
It does NOT necessarily cover all aspects relevant for this type of document.
This checklist is intended only as an aid in checking a completed document.

  1. Are the dates for the reporting period correct?
  2. Is all missing or unreliable information marked as such? Is it explained why information is missing or unreliable, what the consequences are, and when information will be available or improved?
  3. Do the time ... tables show columns for
    1. Time actually spent on work package in reporting period
    2. Cumulative time spent on work package, up to and including reporting period
    3. Total time and remaining time planned for work package
    4. Estimated time for completion of work package
  4. Is the trend chart up to date?
  5. Is the list of relevant risks and countermeasures up to date?
  6. Is the action list up to date?
