Introduction
The Three Functions of Management
Management, at its simplest,
consists of a continuous cycle of three activities:
Planning, Execution, and Monitoring.
Planning [...] is deciding what you will do and how long you will
spend doing it.
Execution is implementing the plan.
Monitoring involves checking the execution to ensure
that everything goes as planned and when deviations are detected
then revising the plan so that the overall objectives are still met.
