 Logistics systems, such as baggage handling or warehouse automation, handle large numbers of physical objects. Following pre-defined processes, the objects move over conveyor belts and routing elements to scanners, storage units, automated and manual processing, packaging steps, and may be grouped and re-grouped with other objects in smart automated batching and de-batching steps. Thereby, a single object participates in multiple different processes and cases of these processes.
