Process Mining Case Studies
Process mining is the missing link between Business Process Management (BPM) and all kinds of analytical techniques that are not necessarily process-aware (e.g., data mining, machine learning, and business intelligence). To show the incredible potential of process mining the Task Force started to collect successful case studies. Below are some examples.

Want to share your process mining case study?
The goal of this Task Force is to promote the research, development, education and understanding of process mining. One of the ways to do this is to show successful case studies. Hence, we solicit case studies. Per case study we need a 2-3 page description. There is no fixed format. However, it is important to clearly indicate what the business problem was, what kind of process mining techniques and tools were applied, and how the analysis results contributed to improving the business process or information system. Send your contribution to the chair of the IEEE Task Force on Process Mining Wil van der Aalst (w DOT m DOT p DOT v DOT d DOT aalst AT tue DOT nl).
