public class ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException

extends IndexOutOfBoundsException

A JCRE owned instance of IndexOutOfBoundsException is thrown to indicate that an array has been accessed with an illegal index. The index is either negative or greater than or equal to the size of the array.

JCRE owned instances of exception classes are temporary JCRE Entry Point Objects and can be accessed from any applet context. References to these temporary objects cannot be stored in class variables or instance variables or array components. This Java Card class's functionality is a strict subset of the definition in the Java Platform Core API Specification.
