    Hi,

What do you mean with "synchronized events"?

    Kind regards,
    Eric.

    Hi,

As a far as I know, the Heuristics miner uses only the provided classifier and the order of the events in the log. It does not look at the timestamp to second-guess whether two events could be swapped in the log. So, if in every trace your event A (directly) precedes event B, but both have the same timestamp, then A will precede B in discovered model.

For details on the (Flexible) Heuristics miner, please see the PhD thesis of Joel Ribeiro titled "Multidimensional process discovery".

    Kind regards,
    Eric.
