cant' exporting xes file to csv

I am using Prom6 currently. I have a filtered log file in the xes format.  I don't know why i can't export the xes file into csv. NEED HELP

    Dear,

    There is not plugin (yet) that converts a XES log into a CSV file (or object). In general, this is very hard to do as XES allows for nested attributes. So far, nobody has need such a conversion plugin.

    At the moment, you need an external tool to do this conversion.
