Please let me know if there is a
step-by-step instructions on how to convert .csv file to .xes file using XESame : something (concrete example – perhaps with screenshots) like the following 

- An example .csv file (running-example.csv)
- Importing the .csv into the XESame editor/environment
- Configuration/Setting 
- Export to .xes

    Please have a look at my Masters thesis. This describes the main steps necessary to convert an csv file to XES format.
