Intermediate Statistics (Min-Variance) in Guided Tree Miner Plugin for Trace Clustering

Hello all

I am using Prom 6.3 for Trace Clustering using Guided Tree Miner. In the Algorithm Configuration Step for Agglomerative Hierarchical Clustering, five options are provided for Join Type -

  • Single Linkage
  • Complete Linkage
  • Average Linkage
  • Centroid Linkage
  • Min Variance.

I am using Min Variance as Join criteria. My question is that can I get the variance values (or any other statistics values) that differentiate how one cluster is different from another.
