Error while performing graph layout

Dear All ProM 5.2 Users,

I’ve installed ProM 5.2, Mountain lion package (graphviz-2.38.0.pkg) on MacOS X 10.9.3, but if I try to get a diagram I can only see an empty window and I’ve got a massage of error as "Error while performing graph layout: at [16(22)]: Syntax error” as attached.

I don’t know what does it mean and how to solve it. Do you have any idea to solve it, please let me know.

    I realize it's a longshot, given the date of the post, but did you manage to solve the problem? I am currently facing the same issue in Mint 19.2
