No Import Plugin Available

Hi
I have installed PROM6.4.1 and it worked fine for couple of days. Suddenly I was not able to start application so that I re-installed it. After that I can't import .xes file,  getting message "No Import Plugin Available". Then I installed PROM on new machine for the first time and got the same error.

    Hi Goran,

    Try to update your ProM installation. Use Prom package manager in your start menu update all packages. I hope it may help you.

    Yes it works with package manager. Definitly problem was when uninstalling app. After that packages are lost (system doesn't load them as it happened very first time) . My OS is Windows 7 and have noticed when installing under other user for very first time it also properly installs but after uninstal not.
