    If I recall correctly in ProM 5.2 there is a plugin to calculate the structural complexity of a a model. In ProM 6 you might want to search for structural analysis plug-ins. You can import/create a petri net and press the 'play' button, then you will see all plug-ins that can do something with a petrinet as input, that might guide your search.
