    To become "Process Mining Developer"
    I followed the following steps
    Eclipse  downloaded from the Eclipse download site. Installed properly 
    Java 1.6.0 downloaded from the Java download site. Installed properly
    Subclipse downloaded from the Subclipse site.Installed properly
    TortoiseSVN downloaded from the TortoiseSVN download site.

    I Opened Eclipse, select "File / New / Other...".
    In the pop-up dialog, o select "Checkout Projects from SVN"
    it is no appear in the pop-up dialog 
    Please help to configure it.

    I followed the steps mentioned in the link which you have given.
    My query is how to link the downloaded TortoiseSVN how to link it to Eclipse ?
    Then only i may get the option "Checkout Projects from SVN" in eclipse.
    Please guide me.

    Please follow the instructions mentioned in https://svn.win.tue.nl/trac/prom/wiki/setup/SettingUpJavaAndEclipse
    I think installing subclipse would solve you problem.
