I want to analyze the performance of events log with the process model that draw manually in WoPeD, can anyone offer me a plugin for this(the "Replay a log on Petri Net for Performance Conformance Analysis" plugin is not available for accepting petri net).

You can convert the accepting Petri net to a regular Petri net using the 'unpack' plug-in in ProM.
