You are correct, so far the plug-in has not been implemented in ProM 6.
I'm not sure what you need to change to make it compatible with ProM 6. The main things you should change is the GUI (in ProM 6 this is a bit more seperated from the plug-in core), use the OpenXES library instead of MXMLib and of course make it available as a ProM 6 plug-in. If you are making a ProM 6 version of this plug-in, please let us know so we can include your package in the ProM 6 package manager.
