During the days you are registrated you are allowed to participate all corresponding events. The fees include all lunches and coffee breaks, a welcome reception on Sunday, June 23, and an excursion to the DAF museum and a conference dinner on Wednesday, June 26.
(*) Reduced student registration fee only holds for students (including PhD students) and excludes excursion, conference dinner and printed proceeding, and requires a confirmation by email to conferences@tue.nl from the supervisor that indeed you are a (PhD) student.

Accommodation

We offer hotel reservation service via our registration web page. Prices range from EUR 70 to EUR 135 for a single room, and from EUR 90 to EUR 155 for a double room, all including breakfast. There are several other hotel facilities in Eindhoven, e.g. a budget hotel .
