D. M. Mesner
The main purpose of this page is to make Dale Mesner's 1956 Ph.D. thesis
available, since there do not seem to exist public copies.
The present copy was made by Misha Klin.
This thesis is of historical interest since it contains the first
construction of the graph that is now known as the
Higman-Sims graph.
