Circle visualization at the Genome level of chromosome 1 of the PGSC dataset. The center represents the chromosome, the circle segments represent the bins, and the bacs are represented by the cylinders. The total dataset contains 1 chromose, 102 bins, and 3969 bacs. The PGSC dataset has 105 GFF files and accompanying fasta files for the BACs.	See property matrix.
