introduction

DNAVis is a tool for real-time interactive visualization of annotated DNA sequences. Currently it supports two file formats: FASTA for the sequence data and GFF for the annotations.

It has been created in a joined effort by

Circle visualization at the Genome level of chromosome 1 of the PGSC
dataset. The center represents the chromosome, the circle segments
represent the bins, and the bacs are represented by the cylinders.
The total dataset contains 1 chromose, 102 bins, and 3969 bacs.
The PGSC dataset has 105 GFF files and accompanying fasta files
for the BACs.
