These tools are made available in Wolfram's Computational Document Format (CDF). They can be executed with Mathematica, or Wolfram's free CDF Player (either in a web browser via a plugin, or standalone after downloading the CDF file).
Wolfram's CDF Player page tells you which browsers are supported.
