The final grade will be based exclusively on weekly homework.
Every exercise will be graded with 0, 0.5, 1, 1.5, 2 or 2.5 point. The sum of these grades will be the grade of the weekly homework. Your final grade will depend on the 10 best weekly grades. |

Every week a number of exercises will be posted at this website.
You can find links to the files with these exercises under exercises.
We expect a student to choose 4 exercises and hand in worked out solutions of these exercises within two weeks. These exercises will then be graded and form part of the final grade. You can hand in a hard copy of your solutions or mail them in digital format to the instructor mentioned on the exercise sheet. Of course we encourage cooperation between students, but expect each student to hand in his or her own solutions. |
