MagnaView creates analytics, also called business intelligence, applications for education and health care. The applications are, for example, used by teachers in secondary education that use our tooling to get insights in the performance of their students.

The applications consist of a web-based user interface and a server component that contains all data. The server component also logs all requests of the client. The logs contain sufficient detail to completely replay the user session. This also means that all user interaction is available for analysis. We would like to use this analysis to further optimize our products.

The first goal of this project is to create the analysis. The second goal is to recommend changes to our products based on the analysis.

We would like to use our own software for the analysis. We suspect that some new visualizations are needed, for example for displaying the “flow” of the users through our applications. The exact scope can be chosen to have more or less programming in the final project description.

The data collection and preprocessing is finished already, so we expect that the project can start without much setup time.
