Child care

There is a very good child care facility located on the TU/e campus called “the Tuimelaar”. For the International Symposium on Graph Drawing 2011 the Tuimelaar has created additional childcare places, which are available at no extra cost for participants of the symposium.

This facility is available for children aged 10 weeks up to their 4th birthday (the age at which children start school in the Netherlands). The only condition is that your child is already used to spending some time without its parents. The child care will be provided for the duration of the regular sessions (details to be announced when the GD program is finalized). The Tuimelaar is about 10-minutes walking distance from the Auditorium where the talks will take place.

Further details and the form you need to fill in are here. The places are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please send the form to Kevin Buchin (k.a.buchin@tue.nl) before September 10, 2011.
