This privacy policy will explain how the FRICO 2023 organization uses the personal data we collect from you when you register for the workshop.

We collect the following data.

• Full name
• Affiliation
• Email address
• Dietary restrictions

How do we collect your data?

We collect your data when you register to the workshop by sending an email to the organizers. We only collect the data that you provide in the registration email.

How will we use your data?

The collected data is necessary to organize the workshop:

• Your full name and affiliation for the name badge and communicating the workshop program to participants.
• Email address to keep you up to date about the workshop.
• Dietary restrictions such that we can provide food during the workshop.

We will furthermore share your full name, affiliation and email address to the organizers of future FRICO workshops, such that you can be updated when future editions will take place.
